The real estate team of Betsy Sublette and Kelly Mooney recently joined the downtown Sarasota office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Sublette has been in real estate since 1980, working in both sales and marketing. She has previous work experience in design and currently serves as treasurer of the Laurel Park Neighborhood Association. Mooney, meanwhile, comes from a family of real estate professionals and has been a licensed sales associate since 2004. She played an integral role in the 18-month sell-out of the Hyatt Residences on Siesta Key Beach.
